Wheelies is on the main road ging into Magaluf, opposite BCM

You can also try Jevidrian just round the corner (C/ Galeon). Will give you the best if you go before 1pm

The travel agent next door to Woody´s in Magaluf has consistantly had the best rate when I have been exchanging. Woody´s is good for breakfast too - and open all year round.
